Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of membership packages and services offered by Thai Massage Bahrain (a trade name of Business Plus W.L.L., C.R. No. 96127). By purchasing a membership or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. 01

   Membership Packages

   Membership packages entitle the named member to a fixed number of massage sessions to be redeemed within a specified validity period from the date of purchase. Silver Membership: 6 sessions valid for 3 months. Gold Membership: 12 sessions valid for 6 months. Sessions not redeemed within the validity period are forfeited and no refund or extension will be granted.
   
   

2. 02

   Non-Transferability

   Membership packages are strictly non-transferable and are valid only for the member whose name appears on the membership card. Each visit requires the presentation of the original membership card. Photocopies, photographs, or other reproductions of the card will not be accepted under any circumstances.
   
   

3. 03

   Bookings & Appointments

   Advance booking is required for all appointments. Walk-in visits are accepted subject to therapist availability at the time of arrival. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice in the event of therapist unavailability.
   
   

4. 04

   Cancellation & Late Arrival

   Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice may result in a session being deducted from your membership. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened session, with the end time remaining as originally booked.
   
   

5. 05

   Membership Cancellation

   If a member wishes to cancel their membership, a cancellation fee of BD 10 will be charged. Any sessions already used will be charged at the standard à la carte price for that service, and the remaining balance (after deducting the cancellation fee and used session costs) will be refunded. No cancellations will be processed after the validity period has expired.
   
   

6. 06

   Health & Medical Conditions

   Guests are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications before their session. Thai Massage Bahrain reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if our therapists consider it inadvisable for the health or safety of the guest. Massage is not recommended during pregnancy.
   
   

7. 07

   Personal Belongings

   Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect towards our staff and other guests at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, offensive, or abusive will result in immediate removal from the premises, forfeiture of the session, and a permanent ban from all Thai Massage Bahrain centres.
   
   

8. 08

   Pricing

   All prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
   
   

9. 09

   Gift Vouchers

   Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed against any treatment or membership package at any Thai Massage Bahrain centre. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
   
   

10. 10

    Photography & Recording

    Photography and video or audio recording of any kind is strictly prohibited inside Thai Massage Bahrain premises without the express written consent of management. This policy exists to protect the privacy and comfort of all guests.
    
    

11. 11

    Limitation of Liability

    Thai Massage Bahrain's total liability to any guest for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific session or package in relation to which the claim arises. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss.
    
    

12. 12

    Amendments to Terms

    Thai Massage Bahrain reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and at our centres. Your continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
    
    

13. 13

    Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
